Why Have A Home Inspection?

Buyers want the single biggest purchase of their lives to be free from unpleasant surprises and with no hidden major costs.

The training and experience of our home inspectors allow visible, detectable problems to be identified and evaluated. Hundreds of components that comprise a house are examined. Since virtually all defects are correctable, this discovery process results in a more comprehensive understanding of the cost of a home.

We present the facts - facts that are objectively determined and quantified. This allows our clients to make an informed decision.

From 200 years old to brand new, our inspectors have the experience to assist our clients to understand their new home.

Buying or selling a home is a major course of action. Facts help to do it right.

An Inspection Requires Time

There are various ways to receive the information from a home inspection. Certainly a written report is a must.

However, a complete home inspection can uncover more than simple defects. It takes time to generate detailed information on where things are, how they operate, and what the performance expectations can be from specific systems and components.

This requires experience. For 22 years and in over 14,000 buildings we have seen a wider array of construction types, operating equipment and defects than can be taught in simple classroom courses.

Let our experience be at your service!
